Vendor Registration Form 2027 Health Expo

BE A CHEO HEALTH EXPO VENDOR
Both CHEO members and Non-Members are welcome.

DATE: Saturday, February 27, 2027
TIME: Doors open to public at 10:00am – Doors close to public at 2:00pm.*
Doors open to vendors at 8:00am – Doors close to vendors at 4:00pm
*Doors may stay open to the public longer if there are people still in attendance

PLACE: Farragut Community Center,
239 Jamestowne Blvd, Farragut, TN 37934

Vendors will be located in the GYM!
EARLY REGISTRATION UNTIL 11/1/26 – limited spaces available, spaces assigned based on earliest application received date.  Members will get priority over non-members.

EARLY REGISTRATION COST:
CHEO member – $55 (pre-paid/non-refundable)
Non-member – $90.00 (pre-paid/non-refundable)
After November 1, 2026 the early registration will end and the cost will be
CHEO member – $65 (pre-paid/non-refundable)
Non-member – $90.00 (pre-paid/non-refundable)

NOTE:  You must be a member on the Expo date.  (Members may renew early.  This action will not change your current annual renewal date.)  

What CHEO expects from you as a vendor:

  • Your skill, expertise and/or product must be related to complementary and holistic health. (See our website cheoknox.org for what we are about.)
  • You must be prepared to educate/demonstrate to the attendee your skill, expertise and/or product.
  • A donated door prize related to your skill, expertise and/or product.
    *Door Prizes: will be drawn at 1:45PM. The winner does not need to be present.
    *Vendors will need to reach out to their winners. Winners will be posted on the website.
  • You may have a sign-up sheet at your table for potential clients
  • You will be provided a six-foot table and 2 chairs.  A table covering is suggested.

FOR MEMBERS WHO ARE VENDORS:

There will be 7 (seven) 20-minute educational speaking opportunities.

These will occur in a separate room. You will have 20 minutes to speak on a topic of your choice. To apply for an educational speaking opportunity, send an email to admin@cheoknox.org with your name, telephone number and your topic.  The deadline to apply is January 27th.
