I’m Amber True — a Trauma-Informed Massage Therapist, Reiki Master, and End-of-Life Doula devoted to helping others find peace, comfort, and connection through every stage of life.

My work is grounded in compassion and guided by the belief that healing begins with safety and trust. Whether you’re seeking relief from stress, release from emotional or physical pain, or gentle support through life’s transitions, I offer a space where your body and spirit can rest, restore, and realign.

Through trauma-informed massage, I focus on calming the nervous system and helping clients reconnect with their bodies in ways that feel empowering and safe. As a Reiki Master, I use energy healing to encourage balance, clarity, and emotional release. In my role as an End-of-Life Doula, I walk beside individuals and families with presence, comfort, and deep respect—honoring life’s sacred final passage with tenderness and dignity.

Each session is customized to your unique needs and guided by intuition, compassion, and trauma awareness. My goal is to help you feel grounded, supported, and truly seen—because healing is not just about the body; it’s about the whole person.
