JH Health Solutions-John H Howard

JH Health Solutions has been owned and operated by John Howard in Lenoir City for over 51 years. We are a long-standing member of the Loudon County Chamber of Commerce and the Greater Knoxville BBB, with an A+ rating. Our business is founded on the principles that being healthy and living a healthy life, incorporates not only what you eat, when and what portions, but also how it’s prepared and what your food is prepared in. We teach people how eat and prepare their food from a whole food perspective, keeping the food as close to it’s natural state as possible, by eliminating the need for using water to cook, as well as oils and heavy seasonings. Our line of non-toxic cookware is the tool you need to incorporate what we teach, into your daily life, saving you not only time and money, but your health. We also teach people about the importance of having access to clean air and water, and how to avoid the rampant industrial and chemical contaminants in our water and air. We offer free water testing, and have a line of RO Water Filtration Systems and Air Filtration Machines, to help you on your way to complete whole body health, and a healthy home. As a compliment to our cookware, we also carry and elite line of quality cutlery and kitchen accessories, to make your meal prep easier and less time consuming. With a degree in Mechanical Engineering and certificate in Functional Nutrition, John Howard lives what he teaches to others.
