I provide guidance to people looking for a healthier lifestyle. My clients may want to eat cleaner, lose weight, or relieve their symptoms using a more natural approach, like consuming more anti-inflammatory foods and making changes in lifestyle. Every plan is tailored to the client’s needs and goals, and I always give them feedback based on my evaluation of their current lifestyle of the things that they can do to improve their overall health. Tools I use are nutrition science, recipes, guidance on meal planning, stress management resources, and lifestyle improvements that will benefit them. I specialize in adults, seniors, anti-inflammatory and gluten-free diets.
I am also a Bach Flower Therapy practitioner. Bach Flower therapy is a healing modality created by dr. Edward Bach that has been in use since 1930. This therapy helps with imbalanced emotional states and behaviors such as phobias, depression, overthinking, worry, indecision, insecurity, among others. This therapy works effectively to give relief and opens up the potential we have in life. It’s a great tool for people that want to have a more natural approach to challenges in life without the use of medication.
