Personalized Restorative Medicine of East TN is a concierge practice. We offer quarterly, semi annual and annual subscription plans which may include in-depth monthly appointments, house calls, a visit or two to your doctor of choice, and weekly email access for questions, depending on the plan you choose. We do ask that you maintain your Primary Care Physician, as we are a preventive specialty. We create a tailored made treatment plan utilizing genomic analysis and if warranted, microbiome, hormonal and mitochondrial testing, body composition, nutrition and exercise education to optimize your best health and reduce chronic illness.
Treatment options which may or may not be included in your subscription plan include: bio identical hormones for either sex. (We have options of pellets, gels, patches, and troches). Photobiomodulation (PBM) therapy for tissue regenerative issues such as chronic pain, cognitive health, inflammation, peripheral nerve disorders and even for cosmetic options. Pulsed Electronic Magnetic Field (PEMF) which interacts at the cellular level to optimize, growth and repair function. PEMF is helpful for fibromyalgia, chronic pain, osteoarthritis and chronic low back pain. Also known to improve energy metabolism by optimizing ATP production within the mitochondria and improving growth factors. Lastly, we offer Stem Cell versus exosome injections which improves tissue repair and regeneration. Exosomes contain anti inflammatory molecules to increase cellular repair and reduce pain. Joint or bursa injections are the normative treatments.
