I am an Integrative Life, Shadow work and Wellness Coach. I am a certified hypnotist and past life regression specialist.
I bring a client focused approach to my coaching practice. Each session is unique and tailored to each individual. This creates a space where real change happens. Much of what I do with clients is shadow work, opening the path to their purpose, passions and truth. I have worked with individuals to clear internal patterns, blocks that affect self, relationships and career progression/interview preparation/leadership skills/developing connection as it pertains to selling techniques.
I am an experienced public speaker, MCee and show host. I develop and present educational classes on many unique topics with the ability to hold an audience and share wisdom, knowledge and information in a clear way.
