COST: CHEO member – $40.00 (pre-paid/non-refundable) Non-member – $65.00 (pre-paid/non-refundable)

What CHEO expects from you as a vendor:
- Your skill, expertise and/or product must be related to to complementary and holistic health. (See our website cheoknox.org for what we are about.)
- You must be prepared to educate/demonstrate to the attendee your skill, expertise and/or product.
- A donated door prize related to your skill, expertise and/or product.
*Door Prizes: will be drawn at 1:45PM. The winner does not need to be present.
*Vendors will need to reach out to their winners. Winners will be posted on the website

ACCEPTANCE:
Your application will be reviewed by the CHEO BOARD.
We will notify you of the Board’s review.
Once your application is accepted, you will be sent a link to pay the vendor fee.
