TIME: Doors open to public at 10:00am – Doors close to public at 2:00pm.*
Doors open to vendors at 8:30am – Doors close to vendors at 4:30pm
*Doors may stay open to the public longer if there are people still in
attendance

VENDOR FEE: CHEO member – $60 (pre-paid/non-refundable) Non-member – $85.00 (pre-paid/non-refundable)

NOTE:  You must be a member on the Fair date.  You may early renew.  This action will not change your current annual renewal date.  

What CHEO expects from you as a vendor:

• Your skill, expertise and/or product must be related to to complementary and holistic health. (See our website cheoknox.org for what we are about.)
• You must be prepared to educate/demonstrate to the attendee your skill, expertise and/or product.
• A donated door prize related to your skill, expertise and/or product.
  *Door Prizes: will be drawn at 1:45PM. The winner does not need to be present.
  *Vendors will need to reach out to their winners. Winners will be posted on the website
• You may have a sign-up sheet at your table for potential clients
• You will be provided a six-foot table and 2 chairs.  A table covering is suggested.
