All 3 of our panel members will emphasize why you need a strong foundation and how you can maximize healthy habits by addressing your foundation.
Dr. Ryan Teeter, DC, of Summit Chiropractic will discuss “THE STRUCTURE OF YOUR BODY NOW AND MOVING FORWARD”, the importance of structural alignment for optimal function, and how the body's structure relates to function, healing and sickness.
Dee Matchett, Certified Osteogenic Technician of OsteoStrong will share how strong bones and musculoskeletal system are the foundation for whole body health. Strong bones-Strong you: “BONE APPETIT”. Dee will teach us a simple exercise to maintain bone density.
John-Mark Chensey, PT of Simply Physio will present “MOVE BETTER: FEEL BETTER” showing us how corrective exercises you can do at home will lead to a strong core for longevity. John-Mark will help you to understand your weak spots and why good, diverse movement is needed to maintain an active and independent lifestyle!
Everyone is welcome. CHEO programs are open to the public and free for members, with a $10.00 suggested minimum donation for all guests. CHEO is a non-profit organization supporting holistic and integrative wellness. CHEO provides the community with many opportunities to discover pathways to well-being.

Take Lovell Road Exit south off of I-40, turn left on Parkside, turn left again at Goody’s Lane and park in the parking lot across from South College.
